The farm of Tebourba, also called “Henchir Boukhatim” extends over an area of 67 hectars. It benefits from the 2560 hours of sunshine per year and an average temperature of 18°C. It is situated at 28 kilometers from the capital, Tunis.  In this farm, we built our own system of irrigation, where the water arrives from MEDJERDA RIVER, which originates in the northeastern Alferia of the Atlas Mountains, and then flows eastwards into Tunisia.

Today, Tebourba farm constitutes as a model of a modern farm where a high quality and aromatic extra virgin olive oil is produced.
